Structure of Crankshaft Grinding Machine:
The design of the machine and selection of raw material makes the machine suitable to grind large crankshafts having diameter upto 700 mm.
The main body of the equipment is manufactured out of Titanium steel which provides capability of grinding heavy crankshafts with large crank pins and main journal diameters.
The orbital system permits maintenance of the accuracy of the crankshaft geometry in terms of taper, ovality and surface finish.
Despite its strong structure, the crankshaft grinding machine is lightweight. This allows technicians to easily carry it to sites around the world.
