We have designed and developed an onsite crankshaft grinding machine for the grinding of crankshafts onsite and have successfully carried out the grinding operation of crankshafts on-site in numerous locations without dismantling the crankshaft from the engine. A single, simple-to-use crankshaft grinder machine is used for on-site grinding and polishing of crankshafts. Our skilled experts provide on-the-job training for the operation and maintenance of the crankshaft grinding machine.
The main features of the crankshaft grinding machine are as follows:
- The crankshaft grinder is compact in design, and it can be carried to any site all over the world.
- There is no requirement of removing the crankshaft from the engine block. The crankshaft grinding machine manufactured by us is so compact that it can be inserted from the inspection window of the engine block.
- Grinding & polishing can be done by the same machine.
- In terms of tolerance, the machine is capable of maintaining the taper & ovality after grinding within 0.02 mm.
- The surface finish of less than 30 RA Value can also be maintained on the crankpin & main journal after grinding & polishing are done.
- Our present range of onsite crankshaft grinders is up to 700 mm in terms of diameter.
